Real Estate Advisors are paid based on professional services rendered. For land acquisition, fees are generally 3% of the gross sale price.

Real estate advisors may also be employed to put together market data and analyses, which may be helpful during the process of searching for a building lot or identifying opportunity in a local market.
I ALREADY WORK WITH A REALTOR, MAY I ALSO EMPLOY A REAL ESTATE ADVISOR?
Real Estate Advisors operate under the ethical and legal guidelines that underpin all Realtor activity in the United States. As such, a Real Estate Advisor may not provide professional services with a customer who already has a formal relationship with a Realtor. Real Estate Advisors fully support the principles of the Fair Housing Act and the Equal Opportunity Act.
