On the home’s exterior, a thoughtful addition unifies the two wings of the home with a light-filled foyer, creating a generous entry with a direct view to the outside.

Upon entrance, an open floor living plan including living room, chef’s kitchen, primary suite, and office areas for seamless daily living. The home’s primary suite incorporates several universal design elements, including generous circulation, larger doors, and a zero-threshold shower.

A sculptural stair was inserted in the middle of the home to create a seamless connection to the lower level, which houses a family room, additional bedrooms, and a wood shop.

For its warmth as a unifying material, white oak flooring was utilized throughout the residence.
