On the home’s lower level, an Accessible Dwelling Unit (ADU) was created to include a separate parking pad and patio for easy access to the kitchen and interior living spaces. A clever site design by landscape design firm GreenRoom enables garden views and outdoor living.

On the home’s main level, a cantilevering window seat frames the trees from the family room while offering an inviting space to read. A covered terrace made of Thermory Ash wood projects out to a covered seating and grill space.
