Designed in a utilitarian style, this 3,400 square foot country retreat leverages thoughtful building materials and a unique sloped site plan, creating an unassuming presentation on approach while providing maximum exposure to the seven-acre wooded site along the home’s full length.

Perhaps the most unique element of Tilt House comes from the material selections, which include corrugated metal, engineered wood products, fiber cement panels, and fly ash trim which maximize longevity and minimize maintenance.
